Our Leadership

Nathaly joined IG Private Wealth in 1997 after a successful career as a professor as the University of Ottawa and Concordia University. 
She holds a Ph.D. in Political science and has specialized in political economy. During her tenure at Concordia, she became the Chair of the Leisure Science Department and these years have prepared her to guide her clients through the longest period of free time: retirement.
At IG, she has specialized in working with professionals and retirees with an interest in guiding women to thrive through various life transitions.
A lifelong learner, Nathaly keeps busy reading and writing, she enjoys traveling with her family as well as golfing and skiing.

Mélina grew up immersed in the financial planning culture. It was no surprise when she decided to pursue her undergraduate studies in finance.  She graduated from McGill University in 2018 and immediately started working as a licensed associate in the family practice. Her special interest in multigenerational planning is a great asset. Mélina loves helping people, is a great listener and she believes spreading the word that people don’t plan to fail but they fail to plan.
In her free time, Mélina enjoys soccer, skiing, swimming, rigorous training and she has adopted a very healthy lifestyle.

Consultant with IG Wealth Management since 1987.

Babis started with IG Private Wealth in 1987 as a consultant. In 1993 he became a Division Director and in 1996 a Regional Director in  Westmount where he stayed for 15 years. He then moved to the role of Vice-President, Quebec where he remained until 2019. After more than 25 years in management, Babis decided to join Nathaly and Melina in their consulting practice and help create one of the most experienced financial planning teams in Canada.
In his free time Babis enjoys his family, reading, riding motorcycles, music, travel, and sports
